As a young boy Nick refused to eat pasta that wasn’t homemade, and when he was older he learned the art of pasta making in memory of his grandparents. Nick was also lucky enough to have a one-on-one class with the “Pasta Queen” owner of 5-star pasta shop Le Sfogline in Bologna, Italy.
